Home delivery

Please allow up to 10 working days for the delivery of your items from receipt of order. On occasions there may be a minimal delay due to the fact that our products are dispatched from .

Delivery is subject to availability. Your parcel will be delivered by the couriers UPS. Please look for delivery charge to the site Shipping & Returns . We regret that some remote areas may be excluded.Smilecomm Ltd. add for each order 5 € as handling.

All prices and charges are shown in Euro. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. Purchases are considered effective by prepayment Pay pal, giro pay, Visa, MasterCard.

30 days home approval and how to return

We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange it for an alternative product or refund you the full purchase price. Goods can be returned, unused in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Please complete and enclose the return form from your delivery note inside your parcel.In the case of aexchange the buyer carries the back postage costs.

We will match the direct cost of returning the goods against handling and delivery charges so you incur no additional costs. It is at our sole discretion to accept a late return of goods, in which case we reserve the right to charge a fee of € 50 to cover our own processing costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including as a result of an alteration in the rate of VAT. Some products may have been offered elsewhere at other prices. The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects of the contract between us shall be governed by German law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.
